We were very satisfied with the hotel in general. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the price-performance ratio was very good.
The bathrobe in the bathroom and room was a good service.

Very good hotel, conveniently located, next to a large shopping and entertainment center. The hotel is very cozy, clean everywhere, new furniture, clean bed linen, terry robes, slippers, daily cleaning and change of towels! The staff is very friendly, polite! Breakfasts deserve special attention - beyond all praise! Very varied and delicious! Very clean and welcoming hotel, huge 2-room room with a sofa, everything: safe, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, brushes. Snow-white bed linen, comfortable bed and mattress. We were in transit for one night. Taxi "comfort" from the airport is about 600 rubles (6 euros), in the Yandex-taxi application payment is made by Mir card in rubles, very convenient! We will definitely come back!

I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to stay during our holiday in Yerevan. Staff were the kindest of all. Rooms are very clean and well prepared for your stay. Breakfast is rich, also has amazing fresh fruits. So you have a chance to try the most delicious Armenian apricots. They made our trip better, we are considering come back very soon. You can easily walk to the Republic Square or Genocide Monument. Next to the hotel, there is a shopping mall as well.
We would like to thank Arman, who have helped us trough everything. Pool is very very clean, so you can chill in the pool or sunbath.

Все очень понравилось в отеле Биен. Были студенческой компанией. Тихое расположение, живописные виды из номера. Сытные разнообразные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал, сведенькие номера, в которых все предусмотрено. С радостью возвращались в тихий отель после насыщенных экскурсионных дней и шумного центра Еревана. Поекрасный бассейн где можно и позагорать. Остались очень довольны, мечтаем вернуться снова.

Великолепный отель! Останавливалась здесь с 22.08 по 29.08.2024 Весь персонал очень приветливый, вежливый. Благодаря этим людям в отеле создается атмосфера домашнего очага ☺️ Завтраки на твердую 5ку! В день, когда мне нужно было выехать из отеля рано утром, мне сделали ланч-бокс, чтобы голодной не осталась:) Чистота в номере поддерживается на высоком уровне! Каждый день все запасы пополняются. Отличный бассейн, с комфортной температурой воды и удобными шезлонгами. Расположение отеля является как его плюсом, так и небольшим минусом. Далековато от центра, пешком минут 30 до площади республики, на такси буквально 10 минут. Зато если вы цените тишину, тут вы ее получите. Никакой городской суеты, что замечательно) Рядом есть ТЦ, где есть и супермаркет, и обменник Bien Hotel, спасибо вам за отпуск!

Отличный отель для отдыха! Цена и качество полностью соответствуют, чисто и современно, доброжелательные и радушные сотрудники, есть бассейн с шезлонгами и полотенцами. По утрам завтраки и свежесваренный кофе Доступность до центра и аэропорта. Вечером очень тихо, в двух шагах большой торговый центр где есть все. В 15 мин пешком легендарный завод «Арарат» который проводит экскурсии с дегустацией, кому интересна культура коньяка будет интересно
