The room is quite spacious, heating and hot water are available, and the location is in the city center. It is a homestay converted from some rooms in a residential building. There are no service staff on site, so it will be a bit troublesome to find someone to solve problems when you encounter them.

Good apartments in the heart of Yerevan
We spent a wonderful week of vacation in Yerevan in these apartments. Check-in is convenient, contactless, constant communication with the hotel staff, all requests and wishes are fulfilled quickly. The room has everything you need: a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, dishes for cooking. Linen and towels are of good quality. But the biggest plus is the excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city, a 3-minute walk from the Republic Square, many cafes nearby, a supermarket on the 1st floor of the building, open until 1 am, there is also a currency exchange office. We were very pleased with the choice of apartments.

The location is in the very center. There are a lot of cafes nearby.
The check-in is very clear and informative. They sent all the information via WhatsApp 2 days in advance.
The apartment is provided with everything: a stove, a refrigerator, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, all the dishes are available. The bed linen and towels are clean, cotton, everything is in abundance.
Many thanks for the early check-in. (3 hours earlier). I do not like to bother people, but here is a force majeure with the previous hotel - renovation.
You can check in with such instructions around the clock, if I knew that everything was so clearly organized, I would have gone straight to them. Instead of a studio, they checked us into a European-style two-room apartment. Very respectful attitude, and I liked the attitude towards each other (the manager and cleaning are also respectful). I recommend.
