лифта нет,но молодой человек с ресепшена помог мне с чемоданом мгновенно.
хороший стильный номер,все что надо есть,
останавливалась на один день и неплохо провела время.Советую.

Great service and very kind personnel. The best thing about this hotel is the location and cleanliness. Breakfast is ok but not amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

Очень приятный опыт пребывания. Брали номер на 2 этаже с видом на сквер. В номере тепло - есть батарея и кондиционер. На ночь даже приоткрывали балкон (были в нач. февраля). Приятные сотрудницы на ресепшен, никаких проблем при заселении и проживании не было. Завтрак - не шведский стол, и слава богу. По меню готовят конкретно под вас и ваши вкусы. Всегда небольшое кол-во овощей, немного фруктов. Дизайн номера приятный, хорошее качество матраса, подушек, белья.
Теперь о минусах: он один. Ванная комната обустроена так, что невозможно помыться не залив пол, перегородка очень короткая. При этом пол не подогреваемый, очень холодный! Обычно я хожу в отеле босиком, тут же очень холодно. Приходилось использовать полотенце как коврик.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the center about 5 min walk to Republic square. The room is clean, modern and quiet even though it’s in the city center. the reception is also very helpful and professional! No complaints highly recommended for high quality at great price!

The property location is good and there are a lot of restaurant around. The only two comments are the hotel’s breakfast should have fruit. I only have the first day breakfast serving with fruit. Second, the hotel should replenish the teabags and complimentary water in the room. I stayed there for four days and there is no replenishment.

Room was on 4th floor, window twords backyard was terrible, if your room is on 3rd or 4th floor be prepared to to walk upstairs, hotel doesn't have elevator.
Breakfast menu choices are limited.

We checked into the Aratta Boutique Hotel as newlyweds and have never regretted it! The room we stayed in was very cozy, modern, and well thought out. The wonderful staff did everything possible and more to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty and filling. On the morning of the celebration, we took our wedding dresses to the laundry for ironing and received the results on time. I had a small force majeure with the bride's bouquet. FORTUNATELY, the girls at the reception offered their help and re-arranged my bouquet very elegantly. ANZIV and MARIAM, you are simply sorceresses!! ♥️🫶 You can safely trust the Aratta boutique hotel during the most important events of life. Thank you!!

The hotel is well-located in Yerevan. All the major attractions are well within walking distance. The rooms are properly designed and decorated with good taste. Simple and functional. The services were great except for the cleaning services. They didn't replace the dirty glasses in the room which was pretty appaling. Other than that, all other staff were great.

Very good, we booked family apartment hotel which is next door and they were closed so we came next door to Aratta and it was 3AM and Vahe on reception was excellent really helped us out at short notice exactly how it’s described! Very thankful to Vahe 👍 from your funny welsh friends
