Good Hotel Yerevan

Во первых про сам отель ! Он ужасный ,низкие потолки !Старая сантехника и санузел! Старый убитый отель,который совершенно не стоит своих денег,абсолютно! Но это все бы ничего,но сотрудник отеля отказался помочь мне спустить со второго этажа чемодан! Просто потому что он не хочет ! Я считаю это ненормально! Никому и никогда не советую тут останавливаться.

Hotel for one night. We checked in after a long journey and didn’t have the strength to look for a new hotel. They offer to look at the room before paying, I was surprised. The room is windowless, small in size, very dark. The air conditioner was hanging and chirping from the bed, we didn’t dare leave it overnight. The fan was noisy. Very low ceilings! My height is 164 cm, there was 10 cm left to the ceiling, and on one wall the ceiling was even lower, so there were 2-3 cm. The toilet is very small, the cheap door crashed into the toilet. And not a single hook for a towel. There was a bell hanging on the front door, at night a security guard or administrator would constantly come in/out and this bell would ring. Thanks to the administrator who removed it after complaining about the sound. In the morning I was awakened by noise from the kitchen, which was a wall, and the smell of scrambled eggs, then people who came out for breakfast kept me awake. I couldn't get enough sleep the first night. Breakfast is like a buffet, but the products are of low quality. Instant coffee (when the milk ran out and the husband asked to bring a new one, the woman went to a nearby store and brought a liter😂 the room description did not say about the windows and ceiling. The administration indicates: read the reviews. The service is low.

It's a pity, there is no way to give a negative rating, because... "1" does not reflect the fullness of impressions! We stayed for one night, booked a Deluxe room with a large bed, bathrobes, breakfast (breakfast is served right next to this room, but we didn’t get it).... The room is at most 6 square meters. The bed is “large”, as much as 130 cm wide! The linen is washed, torn, the towels are also well past retirement age, and they are lying in the outerwear closet. The heated towel rail in the shower did not work. But the room has a huge window, from which it blows and you can hear every sound of the street and the hall, the radiators were a little warm. There was only one small and thin blanket for two, there were no dressing gowns, and there were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste. An extra blanket was brought, but without a duvet cover (they were outraged that they didn’t like it), then they put the duvet cover on. The cost of living is clearly very high, although they will certainly say thank you and please!
