Всё понравилось. Квартира чистая, просторная. Есть всё необходимое - тапочки, одноразовые щётки с пастой, мыло, шампунь. Таблетки для посудомойки мы покупали. Балконы на обе стороны. Из окон спален виден Арарат. Расположение шикарное. Рядом большой супермаркет, площадь Республики, кафе, магазины, аптеки… Очень понравилась Армения, много ездили с гидом.

В новогодние праздники, мы-семья из 4-х взрослых человек арендовали апартаменты на ул. Кохбаци 16. Отличные условия проживания в самом центре Еревана.Апартаменты укомплектованы всем необходимым. Тихая улочка, тихие соседи. Но… 3 минуты и центральная площадь, музеи, рестораны, магазины, обменники. Быстрое и четкое согласование всех деталей. Владельцы всегда на связи, оперативно реагируют на все просьбы и пожелания. Рекомендуем.

It’s really “ Sweet Home “
It was such a great experience! Very clean, comfortable with modern design. Location was amazing! Apartment located in center of City , but on very quiet street with park view. Definitely I will stay here again and highly recommend this place for my friends and family. Manager of this hotel her name is Arevik provaidet excellent, outstanding service! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly with great communication skills!

I stayed at Sweet Home very happily for 5days. Very good location, clean space and comfortable bed, Shower, small kitchen everything was perfect and nothing to complain about it. also great for the price!

The hotel was very bad for the price we paid. We had lost power the last day from 16th floor we had to bring all the luggages down. No elevator was functioning. We did not have hot water was very hard tondeal with specially summer is hot and you have kids to give a shower. I had booked the room for 5 people to sleep we had only 4. We had the pressure machine beeping all night long during all our stay.
