Comfort Hotel

Hotel advantages: 1. Location. Located right next to the metro station and 20 minutes from the airport 2. The hotel is clean. Good bed, cleaned regularly 3. They provided new disposable toothbrushes every day (one time they didn’t supply them) This is probably where the advantages end. The hotel itself is tired and clearly not worthy of the stated 4 stars. The safe and TV in our room did not work. We reported this to the reception - the employee came quickly, poked around for 5 minutes, threw up his hands and said that he couldn’t help. After 5 days of stay, the problem was not solved. Next to the hotel there is a stall with pies and the construction of a multi-storey building. Every day we woke up either to the smell of burnt oil, since the kiosk hood was directed towards the hotel windows, or to the sound of an angle grinder. Our friends had water leaking from the ceiling in their room - they were moved to another room. Breakfast is monotonous with limited choice, the sausages feel like they are made of paper. Therefore, I don’t recommend taking a room with breakfast. The mattress in the room is hard spring, digs into the back There were repeated interruptions in water supply - either there was no water or there was poor pressure. It's on the 3rd floor Towels and bed linen were synthetic. The towel didn’t so much wipe off as smear the moisture.

24-hour reception. Polite staff. Good breakfasts. Location near the center. Opposite is the Rossiya MALL shopping center.

Gute Lage gegenüber von Rossia Mall, Metro und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da ich länger als 1 Woche blieb, war der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel gratis. Das Bad hätte in einigen Ecken sauberer sein können. Das Frühstück fand ich durchschnittlich und ließ es sogar dreimal aus.
