Perfect hotel in the heart of the city center. Close to the Republic Square. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are good for families. The service is perfect. The staff is helpfull and professional. Recommend. You will enjoy your stay and evening walks in the city center.

Сложно назвать это отелем, скорее какой-то хостел, ветхий ремонт, в номерах старая мебель, нет телефонов для связи с ресепшном. В шкафах очень мало вешалок для одежды, попросили дополнительные, принесли вешалки из проволоки, все разные. В номере не было гладильной доски, попросили ее, принесли сломанную и не с первого раза. Уборку делают плохо, хотя это проблема многих отелей в Ереване. Персонал пытается работать хорошо, но чувствуется нехватка компетенций. Почему-то любой вопрос вызывает неоднозначную реакцию и складывается ощущение как будто все время пытаются обмануть. Завтраки посредственные, еда не всегда свежая, пока мы жили в отеле, один и тот же пирог подавали три дня подряд, видимо, пока не закончился. Спасает только локация, видимо поэтому задирают такой ценник, но на самом деле даже на троечку не тянут. В итоге прожили три дня и переехали в другую гостиницу. Повторюсь за такую цену, хотя бы убирайте номера по-человечески. Апогеем стало то, что персонал при заселении отменяет бронь в букинге и заселяет гостя от себя, такое было и с нами и с нашими друзьями, которые к несчастью тоже на свою голову забронировали этот недоотель. Честно скажу, мне было бы стыдно на месте менеджмента, потому что уверена, что второй раз к ним никто не вернется

This hotel is an ideal place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. It's close to all the main tourist attractions, with many bars and fast-food options within walking distance. While the hotel itself didn’t fully match the expectations set by the pictures, it’s understandable given its age. The staff were very accommodating, and breakfast was satisfactory, meeting expectations. We appreciated the flexibility with our late check-out request. Overall, a recommended place to stay for its convenience and friendly service.
