Booked a room and suddenly canceled. The room must have been rented to someone else. Cancellation is impossible. They don't even offer help or a solution. It's all possible. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Zeer onprofessioneel. Ik had de kamer al sinds maart geboekt, en toch werd deze ineens geannuleerd zonder enige uitleg. Geen excuses, geen oplossing. Ik heb sterk het vermoeden dat ze de kamer gewoon aan iemand anders hebben verhuurd. Ik stond ineens zonder kamer, terwijl ik alles netjes geregeld had. Absoluut onbetrouwbaar en geen aanrader.

Everything clean, everything comfortable, good location, everything you need plus well stocked mini fridge, easy to use good smart tv, nice reception, good price. No problem. Easy to get from airport. My room had wonderful view of Mount Ararat.

Отличный отель, новый, такое чувство, что до нас никто тут не останавливался! Халаты и полотенца запакованные были ещё 😍 ремонт космос, кровати удобные, номер просторный с кроватью и диваном для ребёнка. Персонал отзывчивый! Мы в восторге! Ценник более чем адекватный, за такие деньги в России был бы клоповник!
