Please don't get fooled by the photos. I booked my stay and when i reached the hotel, i was disappointed with the room i was assigned. It was much much worse that what was displayed. When requested, they showed me another room of the same category on upper floor. I wanted to shift there, but they needed some time to make it ready. I kept waiting for more than an hour, but they didn't even start cleaning that room. I had to finally settle for what i was given initially as i couldn't wait anymore for that room to be ready. Now comes the other example of how poor the service was! i had ordered for a coffee in the evening through room service, but it never reached my room. But they had billed it while i was checking out the next day.

I recently stayed at Meridian Hilltop, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The views from the resort are breathtaking, especially with the misty mountains in the morning it feels like you're on top of the world. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This is the perfect escape if you're looking for peace, relaxation, and luxury in Yercaud. Highly recommend! 🌄✨

Stay and location is good. Swimming pool was under maintenance and also the food was below average, while breakfast buffet was good. The views from the location is worthwhile.

Good staff, and is at a location of 10mins from the town. Rooms are decent and the view is nice. It is safe for girls and solo travellers

Swimming pool under maintenance. It is not updated. There were no calls from the property to inform us regarding this issue. When we booked this property only for the largest swimming as mentioned but highly disappointed while checking in. But the manager compensated us by upgrading our room for same cost. Ambience is good, view from the master suite is beautiful.

I travel-led with my 10 months old baby and to my surprise the whole property is empty and there is no mobile signal, very weak wifi and hardly you can see staffs. For every 10 minutes there is a power cut and on top the manager is so darn rude when i asked for 12 pm check out. Please don’t ever go with your family. Photos are deceiving, property is ultra poor. Property is still under construction, so don’t go

Worst hotel in yercaud Never book this hotel There is no view from deluxe rooms No parking space available Behaviour of the manager is very bad No Wifi or internet facilities available no refrigerator Swimming pool is closed All information in their website is false No amenities in hotel still they are charging so much They are cheating customers If you ask them why it is written in the website though the amenities are not available, they will say that we are planning this for future Manager is very rude and will quarrel when you ask for basic facilities They are cheating customers Don't be trapped by booking this hotel

Stayed with family between 03-05 jun 24. Booked valley view room and was allotted room 209. Before going to the negatives, let me bring out the positives- 1. Location, and nice view. 2. Neat and tidy room. 3. Generator back up 4. Clean washroom. 5. Excellent restaurant, very tasty food. Negatives- 1. Very poor wifi. 2. Limited food variety but tasty food. 3. Air conditioning less effective. For someone who barely use ac, pls disregard this point. 4. The chef comes only at 0700 hrs in the morning. For early coffee / tea drinkers, u have to wait till 0715 for your coffee. Breakfast will b served at 0830 hrs.
