Hotel staffs are very cooperative, reception staff Ms. RIYA and Ms. Guna, were very pleasing and cooperative, restaurent manager Mr. Prakash as well. He delivered the food as per our requirement so cooperative.. and the house keeping persons also done their job very well. We get immediate response from the housekeeping persons as well. Foods are amazing Our special thanks to all. I can give 5 star rating to the hotel.

I recently had a great stay at TGI Star Holiday, Yercaud, and I’m really happy with the experience. The check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team made me feel very welcome. Since it was a weekday, I even received a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The room was clean, spacious, and nicely set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with good-quality toiletries. The location of the hotel was also perfect—close to local sights, restaurants, and shopping spots. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too; it had a lot of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. The hotel’s gym and pool were clean and well-maintained, and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, the service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yercaud. I’m already looking forward to staying here again! A heartfelt and sincere thank you to Mr. Ajay Kumar Nayak for going above and beyond to make my stay truly exceptional. His dedication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The room we stayed had a broken lock for the restroom. Though the maintenance team tried fixing it temporarily, it was not fixed completely. The cleanliness was average considering 3 star rated resort. Food and room service was good. The room was in first floor in a slope. Parking was downhill and the restaurant was uphill. One has to climb steep slopes. Not recommended for elderly and people having difficulty walking. Housekeeping people responded quickly and were good. Restaurant and in-room service starts only after 7am. So cannot get even milk before that.

its a well maintained property with access to basic ammenities like pool n gym. also has some indoor games, but few are broken. like the restaurant! will reommend staying here for a couple of days.
