Good location and wonderful looking from outside. It is easy for me to find out the hotel. Services are excellent, and foods at restaurants are delicious. I will be back with friends. In general I satisfied with this UTop marina hotel.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at Shilla Stay. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

The best hotel if you stay in Yeosu. As the only 5-star hotel in Jeolla-do, we are always satisfied with the facilities and services. The breakfast is of good quality and I recommend this hotel to others. I think I stayed more than 10 nights including membership.

While looking for a family vacation destination for a pleasant end to 23 years, I decided on the quiet Ananti in Namhae. Although it was my first visit to Namhae, I was surprised by the friendly guidance and service of the staff who made me feel happy with my family, and I was happy with the warm coastal walkway and seascape. I felt it. In the Eternal Journey editorial shop, I could see a variety of clothes and household items at a glance, and I was happy to see children running and playing in the kids' zone and the grass plaza right in front. I was worried about a buffet or Italian food for dinner, but decided on Italian food. I ate it after hearing that it had been renewed this time, and I was surprised by the quality of the pre-dinner bread and the taste of the pizza, soup of the day, and pasta. It was a happy and perfect family trip this year as we explored the Namhae Gwanggwang area the next day.

I didn't have high expectations for the hotel I was staying at, but it was very comfortable and I felt at ease. Breakfast was included, and it was a hot spring*, cup ramen, bread with vegetables, and a drink, but I was very satisfied. Thank you very much 🎵

Sur le site des chambres standard, l’hôtel paraissait assez luxueux avec de jolies chambres colorées. Son entrée petite avec de jolis ascenseurs dorés laissent à penser que l’on est dans un 3 étoiles. 1re déception : arrivée vers 13h30, le check-in était pour 16h. On a refusé que je prenne possession de ma chambre et je devais rester 2h30 à attendre – pas dans le hall (il n’y en a pas) mais dans le bar voisin bruyant et plein car la chambre n’était pas prête... 5 min plus tard, je reviens à la réception demandant si je pouvais payer un supplément pour y rentrer plutôt… alors oui pour 20.000 wons de plus la chambre était tout à coup, prête ! J’ai payé. Le site indiquait douche ou baignoire. Impossible d’obtenir une baignoire le responsable argumentant que je ne l’avais pas indiqué lors de ma réservation… en revanche, sur ma réservation j’avais spécifié « chambre au calme » et l’on m’a mis juste devant les 2 ascenseurs sachant que c’est toujours l’endroit le plus bruyant avec les entrées et sorties des clients à toute heure. Je suis donc redescendue pour obtenir une autre chambre : à nouveau un non catégorique. Le site indique « chambre insonorisée » mais jour et nuit le bruit des voitures, autocars, sirènes de police. La chambre : une décoration sans goût ; pas un seul meuble du même style (réfrigérateur année 60, petite table de taverne, fauteuil affreux année 70… on aurait dit que tout avait été chinée dans un dépôt-vente : où état la table en marbre, les jolis fauteuils bleus des photos ? La chambre à deux lavabos – un dans la salle de bain l’autre dans la chambre. Pourquoi doubler le nombre de lavabo, et tripler le nombre de table/plan de travail alors qu’il n’y pas d’armoire mais un portemanteau avec 2 cintres !? Je crois que j’ai eu la chambre la plus moche avec un éclairage absurde : impossible de lire au lit (pas de lampe) des éclairages blafards au plafond. Nettoyage de la chambre : le 1er matin j’ai quitté la chambre autour de 7-8h pour revenir 5 à 6 h plus tard et la chambre n’avait pas été faite car quelqu’un s’était autorisé à placer une pancarte indiquant « de ne pas faire la chambre » ! Ça ne pouvait être qu’en employé... Pour résumé : très déçu par le service et l’ambiance. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui ne semble pas chercher à satisfaire ses clients.

Yes, huge hotel where you feel a little lost, especially at the end of the season .... It's amazing even with its pool opened to schools and its dining room at another time The neighborhood is a little bad but we're in a sleeping town. Surprisingly cheap in any case.

I found a hotel nearby to go to Suncheon National Garden. They said it was an old building, but it must have been remodeled and it was very clean. I arrived around 8pm and heard that the nearby restaurant was closed, so I got takeout and ate it at the hotel. The table was a little small, but it was okay because there were two of us. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean, but adjusting the hot and cold water was a bit inconvenient. Hot water gushes out, so be careful~^^ There was also a styler, and I found it this morning. I am 100% willing to visit again~

I stayed at Sacheon Grand Tourist Hotel for one night on a round trip in South Korea together with a group of approximately 20 people. From my room I had a very a beautiful view of the harbour and sea. The room was charmig with all necessary toilet articles and towels. Internet speed was good. Quiet surrounding gave me a good night's sleep after a busy day. Breakfast was good with food also for a European like me. Not far from the hotel was the fantastic cable car, which is a must, if you are not afraid of heights. Excellent place for vacation and relaxing. Henry J Grindheim, Asker, Norway
