Very nice and very new. A great place to stay, convenient location, very clean and quiet. They seem to charge for any extra items, ie; wanted 2 extra pillows, asked me to pay 20krw, I also needed an extra key, were going to charge me 5krw, I explained that a fee should not be charge for a key, the attendant agreed.
Breakfast was good (not free), plenty of delicious restaurants in walking distance, a good stay overall, will stay there again if visiting.

방문시 안내문에 기본적인 작성을 하라고 하는데 안내하는 분들은 규정이라고만 하고 다른 말은 못하던데 다른 어느 곳에서도 그런 작성 해본적 없습니다.

I booked it because I wanted an officetel just to sleep, but it was a very worthwhile place to stay. The refrigerator is huge and there is also a freezer, so it would be good for a month-long stay.
