Prairie Hotel

Several family members stayed at this hotel while we were attending a weekend wedding celebration in Yelm. We made a great choice! The staff were friendly and efficient. The confirmation email was helpful with additional information. The hotel decor is simple modern. The rates are very reasonable; rooms and public spaces are very clean; the property is well maintained and parking is free. I did not hear traffic noise in my corner room from the nearby street. My bed was great. **The hotel is located within a business group of restaurants, services, and grocery stores. Casa Mia across the way has delicious pizza!

If we were to be in Yelm again, I would not hesitate to book this hotel. Well run and clean. We could see there was attention to detail. -Even installed a shade on the sky windows to block light. There were just a few issues. For some reason, there were only two pillows. (There was, however, an extra blanket and pillow bagged and ready for use in the closet. -A nice touch). For those of us with many aches and pains, :) more pillows would be needed. There was also a problem with the internet service a couple of times during our stay. The water pressure was quite low in the shower. There is no breakfast, not at all a problem for us and there were some food items available for sale in the lobby. We had a frig in our room and we could see Mt Ranier in the distance. Overall a nice stay.

Rooms on this property are spacious, clean and tidy. Fantastic location in Yelm. I had a query that was almost instantly resolved by the manager Amar and desk lead Amy. They handled everything with attention and respect. Exceptional customer service. Thank you. I'd definately recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back. Thanks Amar and Amy!!!

Room smelt like an ash tray, thankfully only had to put up with the room for one night.

The staff is great they seem like they really care.
