Discovery Suite

This is a follow-up to my review from yesterday. I appreciate the response from Ms. Janice Tiambeng, the General Manager of the hotel regarding my initial review. She addressed my concerns and took the time to write a well-thought out and professional letter. That alone makes me want to come back and support the hotel! I’m a fan! I also feel that I did not fully express how GREAT the service was across the board. I even forgot to mention how Ms. Carla from housekeeping was so sweet, helpful, and respectful. I didn’t get the names of the front desk personnel but they were all equally friendly and helpful as well. Ms. Tiambeng, based on your reply, I am not surprised that your staff takes after your leadership and example and that is why they are the way they are. Kudos to you and the staff!👏👏👏 THANK YOU again for the amazing service. We will definitely consider coming back if we’re around the area again.
