Great hotel! Fast check-in. Despite the fact that official check-in is from 2:00 PM, the room was provided immediately after it was cleaned after the guests leaving. By the way, the room was cleaned every day, despite the fact that I went on excursions at different times every day. I took comfort - a large and cozy room. I figured out the heating through the underfloor heating, but not the TV :)) But I rarely watch it in everyday life. Excellent breakfasts. In the off-season, breakfasts are a la carte, but the choice is decent - I didn't even take the entire possible set of dishes, because there was already a lot and delicious. The girls at the reception and in the cafe are friendly and will give advice on any questions that arise. A nice bonus - free transfer on the day of arrival and departure. I think I praised everything :) Oh yeah, there is a grocery store nearby (a minute's walk) and not far away you can buy fresh draft Avacha beer and local snacks. Have you ever entered a hotel room and inhaled the scent with a full lung and thought: "Like abroad, like in a five-star hotel"? That's how I entered the Yu Hotel and did not regret my choice for a minute. The guest is surrounded with comfort and care from the moment of check-in at the reception. Check-in is quick, without any hitches, you are given a key card and told where and what time you will be expected for breakfast and dinner. Who is it suitable for: everyone. Whether you are on a business trip, on vacation, with or without children - the hotel infrastructure allows different categories of guests to stay with great comfort, without disturbing each other's peace. For guests arriving by car, a large guarded parking lot is available. The hotel is extremely conveniently located in terms of transport logistics - 10 minutes' drive from the main airport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Elizovo). The cost of accommodation also includes a transfer - you will not have to rack your brains after a difficult flight and think about how to get to your vacation spot. By the way, you won't have to drag your luggage up the stairs either - this is unusual for Kamchatka, but the hotel has a wide elevator that will easily accommodate all your things. Despite the apparent intimacy of the building, the rooms are very spacious, bright, perfectly clean and thought out to the smallest detail. There is a kettle and tea set, a refrigerator, a TV, a desk and a table lamp - for me, as a writer, this is very important. Depending on the location of the room, your view will open up either to the domestic volcanoes or to the green hills. The blackout curtains deserve the hotel's attention. Believe me, complete darkness during sleep is what you need to fight jet lag. And sleeping on crystal-white crispy sheets... Mmm, wonderful. The bathroom here is also not a sailor's quarters, but a full-fledged cabin: spacious, equipped with a shower cabin, a heated towel rail, and the bath set includes cosmetics, a hygiene kit and a wonderful waffle robe. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, where breakfasts are also served. The main menu offers guests dishes based on local products. Of course, these are fish, crabs, scallops, venison, berries, fireweed. Serving, table setting, the concept itself - nothing to add, everything leaves an exceptionally pleasant impression. If the weather permits, you can sit on the open veranda. At the reception desk, you can order excursion tours to the most popular attractions of Kamchatka. If you have difficulty in choosing, the reception staff can always help you with a choice. If you are a fan of a relaxing holiday, the hotel offers guests a range of spa services, which include massage, wraps, etc. I advise you not to neglect the offer, especially after a tiring flight. Хороший отель для знакомства с Камчаткой. В нескольких метрах находится продуктовый магазин, рядом остановки, недалеко от рынка. Сам отель очень уютный, светлый, чистый! Удобные кровати: и матрасы и подушки-что надо! Убирают хорошо, претензий к качеству ни разу не было. Приветливые девушки-администраторы, всегда ответят на все вопросы! Вкусные завтраки и огромные ланч-боксы!

Лучший персонал, лучший сервис, лучшие завтраки. Все очень понравилось, на все просьбы и пожелания персонал всегда чутко откликался. Хорошие удобные номера. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель. Всем добра!

Пост-опровержение.💜💛💚❤️🚀 Господин Олег Тиньков в интервью Заметил, что на Камчатке хорошо, но только жить негде. Так вот я нашёл, где жить! Виды, локация, омлет с крабом, сервис, чистота и вкусный шампунь сошлись в одной точке. ☀️🪐🏂💨🌨️🫶🏻 На ресепшн просто котята. 😻😻😻 Гора в трёх минутах. Я не шучу. Детей к няне, тещу на массаж и гоним на борде - волосы назад. 🏂🚀🌨️🌋⛷️💨 А потом созерцать. Непременно в тепле на веранде в изумрудном кресле с книжицей и мыслями о матушке-России. До Петропавловска надо еще доехать, а до счастья рукой подать. ❤️💛💚💜🪐 Чуть не забыл самое главное. У меня в люксе трёхметровая кровать. Она размером примерно с Байкал. Или около того. Остановилась в отеле второй раз. Есть огромное желание вернуться на Камчатку и именно в этот отель снова. Порадовал просторный, светлый номер с прекрасными видами из окна. Чистота, уют, комфорт. Очень отзывчивый, внимательный к мелочам персонал. Кухня, как и в прошлый раз, была на высоте. На будущее - вопрос выбора отеля для меня очевиден.
