The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up.
Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited.
Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

2 Star hotel, Not in the best condition.
Party downstairs was very noisy.
The hotel is rated 3* star but the condition is 2*
We had difficulties paying for the accomodation. The hotel does not accept international Visa/Mastercard. Could not even accept direct bank transfer. Had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash and pay them. What an inconvenience.
However, the restaurant staff and food were excellent. Staff were super friendly.

Our stay at the sterling was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location near the market and friendly, attentive staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered comfortable beds with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of local and continental options, and the restaurant staff were particularly accommodating to dietary needs. And Help desk and House keeping persons Manoj,prem,kimi, parvathi, Ajith, valarmathi was very helpful and thankyou so much.We especially appreciated the helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and the seamless check-in/check-out process. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect base for exploring Yercaud

Staybwas nice.. nice room and atmosphere. They arranged dj and camp fire in the even and kids were enjoying in park and playing area. Food was ok. Room cleaning was good. Good stay.. stayed for two days with family. All places were nearby so was easy to roam.

Excellant stay, clean rooms, good food, dj and bonfire, indoor games. It was a facinating experience. We decided the trip in last minute and landed in the resort to be greated by ever smiling and courtious staff who helped book and check-in immediately.
