Мне нужен был отель недалеко от аэропорта и рядом с Сибирским кладбищем, поэтому для меня локация была очень привлекательной. Заселение прошло быстро и любезно, сам номер прекрасен: удобная большая кровать, комфортно размещённые розетки, кондиционер, плотные шторы, хорошее освещение.
Заехала поздно, поэтому корпоратив, который был в этот день уже закончился и было тихо.
Немного озадачил завтрак. Выбор очень большой: каша на молоке и воде, фрукты, сосиски, омлеты, игристое и прочее.. но всё невкусно, как будто бы из дешёвых продуктов. Но возможно это мои вкусовые особенности.

В ноябре месяце заказали и частично оплатили новогоднию ночь (проживание в гостинице и новогодний банкет) на 2 человек. За неделю оплатили оставшию сумму. 30 декабря после 17-00 сообщат, нас посадят с незнакомыми людьми за столик. Нам это идея не понравилась, попросили все таки для нас организовать отдельный столик. В 21-00 договорились, что для нас все сделают. В новогоднию ночь оказалось, что ни чего не сделали и мы должны сидеть там где они решили или можете не праздновать этот новый год тут. 31.12 в 22-30 мы уехали с данного заведения. Больше туда не ногой! И всем не рекомендую данное заведение!

03.11.23 г. проводили свадьбу в ресторане Пале Рояль. Все было четко, вкусно, приветливо. В подарок от ресторана мы получили номер в отеле, с завтраком, приятно! Остались довольны рестораном, и в целом, отелем. Красивый интерьер, удобная входная группа, достойный номер и действительно, вкусная кухня! Второй день в Чапаевских банях, удобно. Персонал ресторана очень приветливый. В будние дни бизнес ланчи очень достойные.

Отличное место, тишина, спокойствие и умиротворение. Чистота отеля и номеров на уровне. Вежливый персонал, отличный ресторан, демократичные цены и вкусная еда. К сожалению не хватило времени посетить и оценить SPA услуги, но в следующий раз мы обязательно это сделаем.

Был в этом отеле 4 ночи с включенным завтраком. Завтрак - шведский стол. Есть выбор: каша, мюсли, овощи и тд. Номер был с душем. Напор воды отличный. В номер входят все необходимое. Есть кондиционер. Рядом находиться банный комплекс. Дорога до достопримечательностей на такси около 30 минут в зависимости от времени суток.

Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта. Оформлен красиво. Номер чистый и аккуратный. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый. В ресторане завтрак и ужин приготовлены вкусно. Завтрак шведский стол. Ужин - выбор из нескольких вариантов. Были с коллегой два дня в деловой поездке. Для осмотра достопримечательностей нужно использовать такси или другой транспорт, т.к. отель расположен далековато от центра. В остальном все очень понравилось. По моему цена немного завышена.

В номере тепло, уютно, красивый интерьер. Есть все необходимое: полотенца, мыльно-рыльные принадлежности, тапочки, это важно, так как в санузле холодный пол. Завтрак был вкусный, но скудный выбор, в моем случае это не пугает, так как я приезжала всего на сутки. Очень радушный персонал, чувствуешь себя долгожданным гостем. С удовольствием вернусь еще раз сюда.
