The beginning of a stay in any city of travel begins with the hospitality and cordiality of the host hotel. Alas, this was not observed, the administrator Irina, who was on duty that evening, was talking on the phone, I apologized and asked to check me in quickly (if only to unload the luggage) since I was late for the theater. The administrator slowly finished the conversation on the phone, then she told me that the potential client who was on the other end of the line was more important to them than the one who had already paid and arrived to check in to the hotel, in general, we did not find any understanding, the expected cordiality and hospitality, not a single hint.
