Прожила в этой гостинице неделю. Когда выбирала читала отзывы. Писали, что завтраки однообразные и действительно за неделю ничего не изменилось, все однообразно. Когда бронировала номер через Трip написала свои пожелания. По приезду мне сказали, что ничего не передавали и номер другой не дали хотя он был свободен. И такое чувство, что стены сделаны из картона, слышимость ужасная.

Отличный отель за свои деньги! всё чисто, вежливый персонал, белоснежное бельё. Потрясающий вид из номера на маяк и озеро. Летом наверное вообще сказка♥️ Вкусно готовят в ресторане Бросай якорь на 1 этаже. Рекомендасьон🙌

Выбирал отель в аэропорту и первое, что выпало было, был Коматек. Отель расположен на берегу Верх-Исетского пруда, летом тут должно быть хорошо. Номер просторный (брал полу люкс), с одной кроватью не было на момент заезда, взял с двумя кроватями, сдвинул и на удивление - хорошо выспался. Отель при федерации командных видов спорта свердловской области, так что шумно и весело, спортсмены они такие ))) Завтра скудный, но голодным не уйдете. Доступ в фитнес зал, за деньги. Если ездите по работе и хотите тишины и покоя, то это не ваш отель.

Здравствуйте! Мы провели незабываемые выходные, отмечая юбилей моего супруга, с 5 по 7 июля 2024 года. Отель оправдал все наши ожидания! Мы выбрали номер-люкс с видом на озеро. Номер был просторным и чистым, с потрясающим видом из окна. Постельное бельё и полотенца были белоснежными и отличного качества. В номере также были предоставлены бесплатный чай и кофе, рабочий фен и утюг. Правда, в номере был сломан диван, но менеджер сделал нам скидку и разместил наших гостей на раскладушках. Весь персонал был очень улыбчивым, вежливым и отзывчивым. Когда нам нужно было переехать в другой номер, наши вещи перенесли без проблем. Мы также арендовали смотровую площадку с куполом, но день был очень жарким, и нам разрешили разместиться над навесом у домика. Еще арендовали яхту «Коматек». В итоге мы отпраздновали и отдохнули просто замечательно! Хочу выразить благодарность всему обслуживающему персоналу за их отзывчивость, вежливость и профессионализм. Особенно хотелось бы отметить менеджера Степана — очень вежливого и отзывчивого человека.

Конкретно по номеру: все идеально, мягкие реально подушки, все чистое, не застиранное, одноразовые средства гигиены. В общем в номере все супер. Минус- слышимость, просто как будто стен нет:(. И вода, то сильно горячая бежит то холодная. Завтрак в кафе ниже, не знаю уж относится он к отелю или нет, но сервис ужасный, обсчитали на кассе, еще и спорили. Обед в кафе не верху-не вкусно вообще.
