屬於葉卡捷琳堡的城市中心位置，離着一些著名景點都不遠，步行可至。酒店的早餐也算不錯，周圍的餐廳很多，選擇很多。

Останавливались в отеле с друзьями. Отличный отели. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. В номерах уютно, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, которые оперативно пополняют при необходимости. Еда вкусная и в хорошем ассортименте. Есть парковка с видеонаблюдением

Останавливался в этой гостинице на майские праздники 2025 года. Проживание понравилось. Располагается гостиница неподалёку от "Плотинки". До метро, конечно, топать придётся, но рядом остановки наземного транспорта в разные направления. В холле гостиницы мини-магазин с перекусом, также есть сувенирная лавка, круглосуточный бар и точка, где можно выбрать и отправить почтовую открытку за счёт гостиницы. Автостоянка у гостиницы в квартальном дворе, так же курилка. Поэтому у гостиницы два входа - один со стороны проспекта, другой выходит во двор квартала. Ресторан находится на втором этаже. Завтраки понравились - "шведский стол" с разнообразным выбором. Ежедневно менялись каши и горячее мясное блюдо. Выпечка тоже не повторялась, кроме круассанов. Табличка около выпечки гласила, что это всё дело рук шеф-повара ресторана, и предлагала попробовать. Также на завтрак можно дополнительно через официантов заказать яичницу с наполнителями и иную кашу. Wi-Fi в целом работал неплохо, но иногда были случаи подтормаживания. Из этажного лифтового холла в коридоры с номерами можно попасть только по электронному ключу. На этаже в дальнем углу коридора размещён водопроводный пьюрифайер. В номере всё прилично, кроме одного - странное расположение штор на карнизе. Внутри висел тюль, а непрозрачная штора была с уличной стороны. Есть приветственная бутылочка воды, два пакетика чая ежедневно, два сахара, чайник, одна чашка, лопатка для обуви. ТВ кабельное, не цифровое, с непривычной раскладкой каналов. Да и набор каналов тоже... Зубной набор имеется, а бритвенный набор по запросу. Из пожеланий - класть новый зубной набор, если предыдущий вскрыт, увеличить количество пакетиков чая и посуды.
