酒店在葉卡捷琳堡火車站對面，有地下通道過路，出差轉車很方便。
但酒店房間有點爛，太小，設施陳舊，洗澡很不方便，浴簾容易粘身上，衞生間除了浴台沒有其他地漏，容易積水。

衞生間設施是50年代的，洗臉池沒有龍頭，與淋浴合用，房內開關、插座設定讓人無法使用。
