Well located hotel central to our requirements. Staff from reception, general manager, guest relation were all extremely warm, friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Merve was super helpful whilst checking out. We shall return back to Ramada Batman again. This was a family trip and we have good experience with this hotel chain.

Geçen hafta arkadaşım ile konaklamam sonunda puanlar eksik yattı.Arkadaşıma doğru yattı.Aynı sorun 1 ay önce yine aynı arkadaşım ile geldik yine eksik yattı 2 konaklamam sonucunda ciddi bir puan eksikliği vardı.Ben resepsiyonu gündüz arayıp puanı yatıran bayana bildirdirdim yardımcı olamayacağını söylediler.Yani üye avantajlarımız aynı bende diamond üyeyim oda aynı ayrıca wyndhamın verdiği bir avantaj olarak extra olarak bir kampanyaya ayrı olarak BAŞVURMADIK.2 konaklamamdada puanlar konusunda mağdur edildim.Wyndhamada ayrıca şikayette bulunucam.
