Yılbaşı üzeri iki gece arkadaşlarla 3 oda konakladık , çok memnun kaldık. Personel ve hizmet guleryuzlu ve çok güzeldi, mutfak çok başarılıydı, tüm yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Yönetim isini takip eden bir sorumlulukla memnuniyetimize destek oldu. Temizlik ***et başarılıydı, kış günü Otel ve odalarımız sıcacıktı. Çok memnun kaldık, gene geleceğiz.

El hotel está bien ubicado frente al mar, y cuenta con una avenida con parada de bus como a 4 cuadras. Las habitacion triple era 1 cama doble, 1 sofá cama y 1 litera. El sofá cama terrible, no tenía nada q separara los hierros del sofá de las cobijas por lo que ahi era imposible dormir. La litera y la cama estaban muy cómodas. Bufet de desayuno rico en sabor Variedad de quesos, verduras, frutas, proteína. pero lastimosamente frio por lo que nos tocó pedir que calentaran lo que estaba ya servido. 1 de los ascensores no servía, era mejor usar las escaleras y por lo que estábamos en piso 5 al hotel le tocó hacerse responsable de manejar las maletas. Personal de recepción amable, hablan poco inglés, es necesario internet para usar traductor a su idioma local turco. En las habitaciones dejan todo para prepara café o té pero en vasos desechables, sería mejor en cerámica.

2night stay for Christmas
Staff very good and friendly.
Great view from our room and a comfortable bed but no hot water.
Food was passable and not much choice (possibly due to time of year)
On a final note, if you do not like cats or you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. They are allowed indoors.

Hotel was really nice- great upgrade from another hotel that was staying at. Good facilities, indoor pool (although the gym was really dated and could do with some attention). There’s access to the beach from the lower ground floor, and the all inclusive restaurant is located on the 8th floor boasting good food with a great view. Staff were amazing and friendly, including house keeping, which you could communicate to view the switches by the door. Overall 8/10

Bu nedenle gelen gruplar istilacı gibi davranıyor ve tabi bu otelin suçu değil. Uzun süre konaklanacak bir otel değil. Otelde kısıtlamalara gitmişler. Işıkları kapatıyorlardı...

A disaster, the dirty room, the dirty sheets, there was no hot water and no elevators that worked, we had to floor 6 and we had to go down the stairs. The buffet was a disaster there was no variety and the food looked old. They charged us for a 5* service and it is a zero-star service Un desastre, la habitación sucia, las sábanas sucias, no había agua caliente y tampoco ascensores que funcionen, nos tocó piso 6 y tuvimos que bajar por escalera. El buffet un desastre no había variedad y la comida parecía vieja. Nos cobraron un servicio 5* y es un servicio de cero estrellas
