Öncelikle otelde 2.defa bulunmaktayız..fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle tavsiye edebilecegim bir otel..mutfak konusunda yemek çeşitliliği oldukça fazla personel guler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar...ayrıca mini club çalışanları aktiviteleri ve mini disco çok güzeldi tavsiye ederiz

We checked into the hotel on August 28, 2025. Our rooms were spotless, and everything was hygienic. The food was truly delicious. The attentiveness exceeded our expectations. The pools were beautiful and clean. The activities were varied, enjoyable, and fun every day. I would like to thank Yasin, Hikmet, and Dilay, as well as the other staff, for their attentiveness and care.

From the time we paid the high price and booked our stay to our first day at the hotel, reading the negative reviews made us wonder if we'd made the wrong choice. However, from the moment we were greeted as we stepped out of the car to the farewell upon departure, we found that we received almost all the services expected of a UHD and 5-star hotel (we got what we paid for). It was gratifying (we also realized that the negative reviews weren't entirely accurate). Despite our early arrival, the room was provided without any delay, and even after checking in on the day of check-out, we were still able to enjoy all the services, even though we left later. The variety and delicious food in the restaurants, the wide distribution of bars throughout the hotel, the abundance of beverage options, and the cleanliness of the rooms and all common areas were all satisfactory. The hotel's large number of guests made it crowded, but the main restaurant offers extended breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options, so you won't have to wait in line or get a seat. One point of criticism: the main restaurant needs table service updates, and some beverage staff prioritize and treat foreign customers differently, which can be frustrating. It's especially tragic when foreigners are forced to join the competition for sunbeds around the pool between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. (Unfortunately, finding sunbeds, shade, and umbrellas can be a significant challenge later on.) As with all hotels, due to the large number of foreign guests, you're likely to encounter noise, selfish, and disrespectful behavior throughout the hotel. In addition to the pools and water play areas catering to all age groups and a variety of activities, the inclusion of a seawater pool as an alternative to the local waves demonstrates the importance placed on customer satisfaction. We extend our sincere gratitude to the staff who work tirelessly, 24/7, and with smiling faces. We hope they are rewarded for their efforts. Having vacationed in numerous resort areas and hotels, including Kuşadası, we can say that if attention is paid to the issues that have been criticized, Kuşadası has the potential to rank among the top UHD 5* hotels in the city center.

6 gece 7 günlük tatilimizi bitirdik. Yola çıkar çıkmaz yorumumu yazmak istedim. Bu oteli daha önce de 2 kez tercih etmiş birisi olarak kendilerini geliştirdiklerini söyleyebilirim. Uzun uzun yorumlarını okuyarak tekrar tercih ettim iyi ki de öyle yapmışım. Olumsuz yorumları okuyunca epey şaşırıyorum. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirdiğimizde daha ne gibi beklentisi oluyor insanların anlamıyorum. Öncelikle otele giriş yapar yapmaz mükemmel bir karsilama ile valizlerimizi içeri aldılar. Karşılamada Kahraman bey güler yüzle karşıladı. Sonra resepsiyonda Melisa hanım (ets elemanı)sıcacık gülümsemesi ile karşıladı bizi. Odamız hazır olana kadar karnımızı doyurabilecegimizi söylediler. Odamız küçük ancak temizdi. 6. Katı temizleyen bayanlar epey güzel iş çıkardılar. Özellikli teşekkürü kesinlikle animasyon ekibi ve Sinan bey hakediyor. Sinan bey müthiş enerjisi ile tüm müşterileri de animasyon saatine dahil ediyor. Kaldığımız her gün her an animasyon var ve inanılmaz eğlenceliydi. Hepsi işinde çok başarılı bir ekip kurulmuş ancak Sinan bey bu ekibin bel kemiği. Ona ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum tatilimiz sayesinde çok eğlenceli geçti. Otel full dolu olmasına rağmen hiçbir yerde sıra beklemedik. Barlar epey başarılı. Lobide sabah filtre kahvemi Ezgi hanımın güler yüzü ve sıcak sohbeti ile içmek keyifliydi. Snack bar epey lezzetlidir. Yemekler orta diyebilirim. Tatlılar bir önceki geldiğimizde daha lezzetliydi. Ama genel olarak aç kalmadık,fazla fazla doyduk. Hele de Agaios ala carte restoranda bir aksam balık yemenizi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Olcay beyin güler yüzlü hizmeti ile kendimizi çok özel hissettik diyebilirim. Çalışan herkes fazla özveriliydi. Yüzü asık kimseyi görmedim. Deniz önceki geldiğimizde taşlık ve bulanikti. Kum ile doldurmuşlar ancak bulanık ve çöplüydü. Biz denize hiç inmedik ihtiyaç da duymadık. Havuzlar yeterince eğlenceliydi. Kısacası 7 günlük tatilimizi keyifle geçirmenizi sağlayan Sealight ekibine teşekkürü borç biliyorum. Armudun sapı,üzümün çöpü diyen biri değilseniz bu otel tam size göre...
