The receptionist could not speak even two words of English. We asked for some plates and he said ‘we don’t have’. We had given the key and the room was not cleaned at all. No proper hot water in the hotel. This time both hotels booked via Trip.com were very bad. Looks like, I should not be using this app itself

The day I went was during Songkran. The room is spacious, the price is not expensive, the air conditioner is cool, the only thing that is stuck is that the sink faucet in the accommodation room is broken. But it was late that day, so let it be. New hotel, beautifully decorated, not far from the city center. Conveniently travel by private car.
