Hotel with a very nice style. very bourgeois.
We booked a suite. frankly very good.
Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water.
Maid very attentive.
Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great.
Otherwise nothing to say.
We will come back soon. That's for sure.

Super séjour au Russelior, l'hôtel est bien placé avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars autour. L'établissement est idéal pour un séjour en couple, le spa est vraiment top pour un moment de relaxation à deux Les infrastructures sont super et la déco magnifique, l'extérieur avec les jardins et la piscine invitent à la détente. De plus, le personnel est vraiment adorable. Je ne peux que recommander !

Nous avons passé un séjour au top dans cet hôtel. Il est super bien situé et le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Le nouvel espace piscine est CANON les enfants ont adoré, et le spa génial, les parents en ont bien profité :) Nous avons par ailleurs très bien mangé, nourriture variée, locale comme internationale et excellente. Et pourtant nous sommes difficiles sur ce point:) En un mot, ne pas hésiter si vous planifier un séjour à Hammamet :) Nous y retournerons très bientôt, c'est certain !!

Nous revenons du Russelior où nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les infrastructures sont top, le personnel très agréable et l'hôtel est proche de tout. Le Spa est un vrai plus également Je recommande ++++ et reviendrais en famille très vite.

I had the most wonderful time. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. I would like to specifically mention Marwa from the front desk, Chef Ridha from Le Bonsai restaurant and Sabrine from the spa for their exceptional customer service. They really were the highlight of our trip and I will always remember them. I can't wait to come back with the whole family!

Hotel in zona defilata rispetto al centro di Yasmine. Non c'è la spiaggia davanti e neppure il mare, però ha una piscina esterna spettacolare con un giardino favoloso e una cascata. La piscina interna è bellissima, ma non sempre calda a sufficienza e un idromassaggio non utilizzabile . Le camere belle e se affacciate alla vista piscina fenomenali, anche se alcune parti andrebbero riviste tipo rubinetteria e sanitari. Parte dolente il cibo: ripetitivo, poco assortimento se sono pochi gli ospiti, mancanza di rifornitura in caso di vassoi vuoti, monotoni i piatti , riciclo del cibo avanzato che ti presentano sotto forma di insalate, spreco notevole di cibo poiché gli ospiti riempiono i piatti lasciandoli pieni. Personale del ristorante gentile , ma poco attento alle esigenze del cliente: ho dovuto fare presente che mancava una pietanza. La professionalità di una scuola alberghiera avrebbe fatto la differenza. Parlano prevalentemente l'arabo, ma in una struttura a. 5 cinque stelle non è accettabile. Il personale della spa e della reception veramente bravi e qualcuno parlava italiano o spagnolo. Sabati e domeniche da dimenticare x presenza di famiglie con bimbi piccoli che corrono da tutte le parti. I genitori non insegnano il rispetto e li lasciano gridare e scorazzare dappertutto. In complesso merita 4 stelle e sono generosa.
