Surtout ne croyez pas les fables concernant les cafards, la vétusté de l'hôtel ou l'antipathie des serveurs . Ce ne sont que purs mensonges de clients aigris ou de la concurrence ! Cet hôtel est formidable et le rapport qualité prix tout simplement exceptionnel ! Extérieurs époustouflants, chambre remarquable, vastes, propres, avec une literie confortable, et l'hôtel sans être neuf est dans un parfait état . Le personnel est très sympathique et les soins SPA sont remarquables au vu du prix demandé . Le petit déjeuner est abondant et les buffets, sans être exceptionnels, sont bons . Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille , très bon accueil de tout le monde, de l'acceuil, au restaurant, bar, animation...Merci YAYA tu es top! Très belle piscine, accès à la plage direct, bonne literie, cuisine un peu variée mais il y a du choix, très bon petits dej. Merci à toute l'équipe.

We have just come back from the Vincci Marilllia and had the best week ever! I cannot fault the service, all the staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived, our room was not ready as we had arrived at 11am but we were guided to the bar where we sat with drinks until midday and were then taken to our rooms. The rooms were lovely, we had sea view rooms and could not fault the room at all, very clean and furnished well, plus our maid came in everyday to clean. The food was a little repetitive but we never went hungry and found that there was a good choice for everyone. The bar staff were attentive as long as you gave them a small tip which we were happy to do and they always welcomed us with big smiles. I was a little worried about coming to this hotel as had read some bad reviews but can honestly say we had the best time! Plus the pool is massive and we loved the Aqua fit..was so much fun!

Bonjour à tous les lecteurs, arrivés à l hôtel le samedi (12.10.2024) pour une semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons fait la connaissance de M. ALI à la réception qui nous as mis à l’aise et qui nous a aider tout au long de notre séjour, MERCI ALI. Après parlons des infrastructures de l hôtel : 1- grande piscine très propre 2- bar de la piscine au top 3- la chambre est spacieuse avec la vu sur la mer excellente 4- Restaurant spacieux avec grande variété de plats Je tiens également à remercier les animateurs de l hôtel tout particulièrement à SAM. Ils ont bien animer cependant les activités proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur des attentes des clients. (Ping-Pong - fléchettes - pétanque (pas de service de boissons à la pétanque et c est assez éloigné du bar) - Aqua gym ( top bonne musique et bonne ambiance ). Il manque un peux d innovation. J aimerais terminer par quelques points moins positifs : 1- Manque de la musique autour de la piscine 2- Manque de moyens pour mieux animer Pour terminer tout le monde de l hôtel est très aimable et serviable et je recommande l hôtel pour un séjour en famille.

La piscine est très bien, la chambre aussi. Cependant ! Présence de cafards dans les chambres, couloirs ect..Les animateurs, serveur et barmans son arogant (on les dérangent) et travail avec le sourire que lord qu’on donne des pourboires au début de la semaine. Les tables du restaurant sont « réservées » par des vacanciers et interdit de s’y asseoir car ils donnent des pourboires !! De plus, attention boite de nuit hotel salaries qui vol dans les sacs et l’hotel defend les salariés ! A fuir ! Pourtant je suis venue 3 fois par an pendant 15 ans il y a 10 ans !

3e fois au Vincci Marillia et toujours aussi contente. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, très sympathique. Chambre propre et en très bon état (j'ai même eu la chance d'avoir une suite car l'hôtel était complet). Un merci tout particulier à Ramzi pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et toutes les belles choses qu'il vend dans sa boutique, toujours avec le sourire. Son collègue est très accueillant également. L'équipe d'animation quant à elle est plus calme que ce que j'ai déjà connue, les animations moins nombreuses et celles du soir à l'intérieur ce qui est dommage lorsqu'il fait plus de 25degrés le soir.

Je voyage beaucoup et c’est la première fois de ma vie que j’étais heureuse de rentrer chez moi. Cafards dans la chambre, salle de sport chaotique. Nourriture répétitive et médiocre et je ne suis pas difficile. L’arrogance du staff communication était incroyable. Serveur qui vous demande des cigarettes et du lui amener des assiettes avec de la nourriture pour qu’il puisse manger. Aucune information n’est donnée à votre arrivée. C’est débrouiller vous tous seul. Spa massage top soin du visage une catastrophe, expédier en 20 minutes je fait mieux moi même. On nous a demander de payer plus que nous avons payer à notre agence de voyage nous devions payer 1115 euros de plus une fois arrivée sur place. Piscine et l’extérieur du complexe fabuleux le reste une catastrophe et une arnaque. Certainement qu’ils n’ont plus rien à faire des clients. L’hôtel est en fasse de rénovation et deviendra la chaîne Sentido. Vraiment hôtel a fuite jusqu’en 2025. Date où ce sera Sentido

The entertainment team was brilliant especially yaya, ash, sam and Joseph, always entertaining throught the day and connecting with the guest would definitely come back, the beach was also good aswell as the shows in the evening and the service was excellent throughout

Wow ! What a holiday !! We arrived had a few issues which were promptly addressed by Mouna who was the loveliest lady !! Weather was amazing so managed to make the most of huge pool and fabulous beach. Staff all amazingly friendly the animation team go above and beyond all day and night special thanks to Big Sam Little Sam iyeed Joseph The restaurant staff was completely 5 star service the service was the best we’ve ever had big thanks to montasar and his sister made our holiday !! Bar staff was good but the drink choices not great needs improvement !! Overall we had the best time and can’t wait to come back !!! The foods repeative but you will not go hungry !! Your stay is drastically improved with tips !! Miriam the henna lady was like a sister to me and will not forget her loveliness
