We were told by love holidays all amenities would be open, the beach bar was derelict with sun beds piled up and broken with rubbish everywhere. The indoor pool closed and only reopened the last two days of our holiday,there is no gym as advertised. The a la carte restaurant is only open once a week not to mention the buffet restaurant often could not get near the food due to hundreds of conference guests pushing and shoving you out the way very rude and loud even arguments breaking out in the restaurant between themselves. The service in the restaurant with most waiters seems to rely on how much you tip ,welcomed by a waiter that was very welcoming on the first day as he got no tip ignored us for the remainder of our holiday no drinks no knives and forks etc. tables dirty and sticky and hard to find salt. Repetitive food every meal often cold with stale bread one day the rib cage from a cow placed on the bench with not a scrap of meat on it and what looked like some kind of animal tounge cooked up, we spent a lot of money on this holiday and spent a lot eating out wild horses would not drag me back here happy to be home. Please be aware ants everywhere and the evening entertainment area especially that has a serious problem with ants and they know about the ants but do nothing about it

Visited the laico hotel in yasmine hammamet. Such a beautiful place, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and having a nice view of the port and the pool. The tunisian restaurant every Tuesday we like it so much. Delicious food and there is a large choice for eating. Would like to recommend it for everyone We will come back

Nice holiday, Hannibal is the best animator in whole Tunisia. Water in pool is warm, good food (big variety of meal for example). Hotel is very close to the sea. The biggest positive thing here are animators. Here is the exchange, so you can change money for tunisian dinar in the reception.
