Had a lovely 1 week stay with our daughter. Hotel rooms always kept clean and tidy. Food always plentiful and fresh. Animation team always attentive to our daughter and made our experience memorable, big thank you to Gada and arij. Hopefully we’ll be back soon

This hotel is one of the best I have been to by far, service was amazing, Ghada and Arij were very welcoming and hospitable, included everyone in their activities, so it made the experience a whole lot better than it already was. I would highly recommend this hotel for all travellers to the city.

The customer service was great hatem and ghada and Arij were very friendly and accommodating to us specially with their service. Hatem was exceptional in his bar tending service and Ghada was a great animation chief. Also from the check in to the check out has been done with ease.

L'hôtel est très mal géré, qualité de service médiocre, il ne mérite pas les 5* Chambre mal entretenu Le personnel de la réception n'est pas du tout accueillant La qualité de la nourriture du restaurant est loin d'être au niveau d'un hôtel étoilé

Hôtel catastrophique Piscine couverte sale femmes de chambre vicieuses direction arnaque use Restaurant correct . Pour le prix que j’ai payé j’aurais préféré un autre pays plus sérieux plus correct et plus fiable À déconseiller c’est mon pire séjour en Tunisie.

Just dont go there. Avoid this place not even 3* hotel. Animators trying to save this place but it's not enough. Dirty, not safe at all. Few quality restaurants in Marina and old town when you would like to eat. Far away from Turkish sandards. It's not worth it for any price
