This hotel has a very poor service attitude, and the room type is inconsistent with the reservation. It is obviously false advertising. It is also very dirty. Don't stay there.

we had a fabulous time in the hotel it is such a relaxing atmosphere with fantastic staff Ali is an exceptional person in the gym and swimming pool he went above and beyond for the guests he is definitely an asset to your hotel along with many more of your staff hopefully we will see you all next year x

Just a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The food was amazing and fresh with great choice. We had one night at the set menu restaurant and it was lovely. Breakfast was amazing with a guy on the egg station ready to cook them however you like and even omelettes. Fresh pastries and cakes and salad. Cereal and toast and my favourite fresh hot doughnuts and pancakes. There was a choice of hot food like tomatoes, potatoes and frankfurters. Freshly squeezed orange and coffee machine. Evening meal was a surprise every night. Roast turkey once, pasta cooked to order and grilled fish. Potatoes sauteed or mashed and of course chips. Soup for starters with fresh bread. Beautiful fresh salad with every sauce needed. Not forgetting the French patisserie choice and ice cream. There was x2 Huge pools and when we went to the Relaxing infinity pool there was hardly anyone there. Plenty of sun loungers and free towels. There was the pool bar and café and a beach bar that both had lovely cocktails, tea and coffee and soft drinks. We were half board and we just signed for anything we drank or ate at lunch and paid at the end of the holiday by Visa card. We came with Stirling and they change it to TD at reception and we had quiet a bit left which we put towards our final bill. No tipping was necessary but it was nice to give a little to the room maid, bar staff and outside staff as they work so hard and are so nice and friendly. The room was massive and I was sharing with my sister and mum so they added an extra bed in the room. We had a big balcony with a table and a walk in wardrobe with tea/coffee facilities and a mini bar/fridge. We brought our own coffee and tea and just asked for a jug of milk at the pool bar. You don’t really have to go out of the grounds as there was a mini market and a clothes shop and jewellery store too. The beach was very nice although there’s an awkward ridge of sand when trying to get out of the sea! The temperature was a fabulous 26°-30°c It was just the holiday we needed and so relaxing and not much noise in the day and beautiful jazz music in the bar at night. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so precious

Hôtel très familiale! Ils sont à votre écoute. Le spa est au top et les massages sont sensationnels. Le personnel du bar interieur (Salah et Makra sont les meilleurs) sans oublier les serveurs du restaurant ( Nourdine en particulier) est aux petits soins a chaque repas. La cuisine est variée et de qualité tout le long du sejour. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de sejourner deux fois au même endroit mais là nous reviendrons a coups sûr Stéphanie et Patrick

Pros - Stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel itself is really quite stunning, some say outdated but I liked it. The room was absolutely huge with a lovely balcony and an enormous bed. The buffet dinner was lovely and different every night. Cons - First thing I noticed was the room being so hot, I asked reception if we can use the aircon to which she said no, she also said they had no fans yet the rooms were so hot at night. -Despite the dinner being lovely, the desserts were awful. ** The biggest let down** We were aware of the tipping culture in Tunisia but this hotel took it to the next level. You were constantly being monitored and followed to make sure you tipped. All staff seem to know when your flight back is which is beyond weird to make sure you tip before leaving. In simple words, the more you tip the better they treat you. We even had the chef run after us before we left to see where his tip was. - A man working in the hotel approached us and asked if we would like a free trip to hammamet. We went and soon realized it was a huge con. He took us to a carpet market where he obviously had a side hustle with the man who owned it. There was no way you couldn't leave without a rug! Overall, it is a lovely hotel but nothing feels very genuine or that they really care how your experience is. It's all just about the money.
