Wonderful hotel vith delicious food, excellent services and beatiful swimming pool. Very good location to marina beach. Entertainment team cared about a good atmosphere of fun, especially during in the afternoons and evenings. We spent lovely holidays at Occidental Marco Polo! :)

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. Tout n'était pas parfait (Les couloirs des chambres méritent un rafraichissement !) mais c'est globalement propre, très bien situé, beaucoup d'infrastructure et le personnel très bien ! Surtout l'animation (Remi et Rania :) ) Pour la nourriture, c'était varié et bon.

This review would have been a 4 but for my wife and I being ill for the last 2 days due to the food. The hotel itself is good and the pool area is nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We are going home today and on Saturday evening we ate some undercooked turkey. Yesterday my wife was ill with sickness etc and I became ill last night. We went down to complain at reception yesterday at 8.30 am and were told to take a seat and wait for the general manager. Forty minutes later, he arrived and we showed him a photo of the undercooked food and explained that we informed a waiter who said he'd talk to the chef. The general manager didn't seem too bothered and made us feel as though it was our fault. He said that we should have asked the chef for it to be well done. Surely the expectation should be that a piece of chicken or turkey be fully cooked!? He also stated that it could have been that we had eaten a bad piece of fruit! Ironically, a few hours later I received a knock at the door with a covered fruit platter being delivered, I guess by way of apology! This slightly spoiled our holiday, as we were having a nice week up to that point.

L'hôtel est correct mais le personnel à la réception est déplorable. Les chambres sont correctes mais certaines ont des soucis soit avec la climatisation, soit avec le coffre soit avec les portes. Bien vérifier. Le billard fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 et on ne vous rembourse pas. Hôtel catégorie 3 étoiles. Propre dans les espaces communs, la salle de bains assez vétuste et manque de serviettes.

I was here in october. The hotel is good, the pool is BIG, there are 4 bars and 2 restsurants, there are diferent animation every day. You cant be boring here. The beach is very BIG and with the sands. The rooms have balcons and its clean. I recomend this hotel.
