I'm still here now in March 2025. The value here is excellent. Here are some points: - the place is huge, and is immaculately clean - swimming pool is the biggest I've ever seen - indoor pool is hot - WiFi is amazingly fast and covers the entire area right down to the beach (I really don't need a sim card) - lager is good, very much like Carling - Smart TVs are an added bonus and you can log on to your Netflix and Amazon Prime account - the bar staff are nice - bottled water is available behind the bar to take to your room at night - I'm here in March, and there are very few guests, so the large restaurant and outdoor bars are closed - the lady who works in the small restaurant for breakfast is so nice. She constantly has coffee and juices on your table - soft drinks are branded Coca Cola, Fanta etc - coffee's are machine coffee and delicious If you want Carribbean-style All Inclusive, you're not going to get all the extra touches and branded alcoholic drinks, but for value it is superb

Animation team and staff was amazing, so polite and respectful. Entertainment of a day and night. Food was lovely, lots to choose from. Rooms were okay, but the maid and reception is happy to help with anything you need. Come in the summer, off season right now but still a blast.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Marco Polo! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment team was a highlight—Caramel kept us active and engaged with yoga and fitness, and DJ Foued always created a fun atmosphere with great music. A huge thank you to the barman, who was always smiling and made our evenings even better by introducing us to a delicious Tunisian drink! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a great vibe. The only thing we wished for was a bit more variety in the food, but other than that, everything was perfect. Definitely a place we would visit again!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Marco Polo in Tunisia! The hotel itself is great, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. The entertainment team made our holiday unforgettable—Caramel was fantastic with yoga, step touch, and evening fun, while DJ Foued always played great music and kept the energy high. A special mention to the barman, who was always so friendly, had a smile on his face every day, and even introduced us to a traditional Tunisian drink—thank you so much! The only small downside was the food, which, although tasty, felt a bit repetitive. Maybe it was because of the season, but we would have loved more variety. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d love to return!

Nous sommes venus dans cet hotel hors saison (fin février), l'avantage, peu de clients donc le personnel est aux petits soins mais nous étions installés dans des chambres proches donc presque autant de nuisances sonores qu'en plein été. La veille de notre départ ils ont fait des travaux qui ont commencé à 7 heures du matin ! C'est exagéré. L'équipe d'animation est là (1 chef sympathique) et 3 animateurs mais les animateurs ne sont pas très avenants, le pire des 3, celui qui se fait appeler Caramel, le gars ne dit pas bonjour, n'est pas souriant et même lors du peu d'animation qu'il daigne faire il est aigri, vraiment il n'est pas fait pour ce travail ! La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise mais vraiment très répétitive et peu variée. Même si on ne vient pas en Tunisie pour la gastronomie là c'est quand même d'un niveau très bas cependant un personnel au restaurant très serviable et très souriant. Côté infrastructures il y a un terrain de tennis (il faut le savoir) mais il n'est pas entretenu et les raquettes fournies avaient les manches cassés, en insistant un peu la 2ème fois on a pu en avoir des nouvelles. La salle où il y a les billards prend l'eau par le sol. Le personnel du Spa est agréable et les soins sont biens. Sur le descriptif il est indiqué "marche nordique" de novembre à avril mais après avoir demandé sur place il n'y en avait pas et je pense même qu'ils ne savaient pas de quoi il s'agissait.
