從硬件設施到服務管理都衹能説是三星吧，給不到五星。但是，認錯態度還是良好的。入住給了沒做清潔的房間，後送禮物道歉，晚餐漏掉了甜品，送了紅酒道歉。

酒店服務很好，設施也相當不錯。位置特別便利，離國會大廈不遠。也可以很方便地去市中心，陽台的景色很漂亮，非常不錯的體驗

酒店整體比較老舊， 內部構造很奇怪，每次回房間要換乘兩部電梯，中間還要繞過一個需要拐兩個彎的走廊。 然後丟了東西，當天晚上聯繫酒店，酒店三天後回覆説沒有找到。優點是位置還可以，去city和國會都比較近。

A great stay in the Nation’s Capital. A place full of history and heritage. Loved the rooms, which had a very comfortable size and breakfast had a very good selection of diverse meals. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.
