The location was perfect—two minutes from the CAT Ferry. Early breakfast menu provided a lot of choices. Hotel room was spacious and very clean.

The restaurant is the game changer, great food and right there. The bed was horrible with a large hole in the center, you have to crawl yourself out of it. Staff were wonderful though and very polite and helpful. I did have a very nice view of the harbor

Bed is always comfortable and hotel is always so clean. Staff is very friendly. This is always my first choice of place to stay. Food in dining room is delicious and you get a lot for your money. I highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed

Walls are paper thin. Did not sleep as people next door fighting and yelling. Although, this not a presentation issue, still an issue. Someone did call front desk and they came up but the fighting and yelling continued. Restaurant service was horrible. Front desk staff were welcoming. Beds are comfy. Room was clean.

We had very noisy guest in the room next to ours, we ended changing room. We had to complain at the front desk twice before switching room.

Enjoyed our stay in Yarmouth. Accommodations very close to Cat Ferry Terminal which made for easy access.

In our last minute filtering through Yarmouth "night before ferry" accommodations, the Rodd stood out in terms of the combination of cost, location and format (hotel), and this turned out to be true. We walked Yarmouth's waterfront to dinner and afterwards, and had only a short drive to the ferry the next morning. The hotel and room were updated, clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant, attentive, capable. Gale's for breakfast was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Rodd Grand again.

small bathrooms and rooms were very adequate we stayed going and coming from cape sable island and found the bathrooms in Bothe units we were assigned need some updating I would suggest you have maintenance people check all bathrooms in your hotel and recondition what needs to be done other than the bathrooms all a was very nice and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends thank you for having us
