YAO Grand Hotel

The hot springs were very comfortable. I liked the steam hot springs. It was a shame that the amenities were not extensive.

Very Japanese style, the seemingly historic hot spring hotel does not affect the check-in experience at all. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and responsive.

It's an old hotel, but it's famous for its hot springs, so it's open 24 hours a day! If you stay at the hotel, the cheap, good hot spring water will be a great help in recovering from fatigue and taking care of your skin! Breakfast is great and delicious! I love that the parking lot is large and free!

作りが古いので設備面は仕方が無いのです。しかし、それ以上に温泉施設がとても良いので必ず満足できると思います。 部屋もとても広く和室と洋室さらに床の間まであり、食事もルームサービスでゆっくりコロナ禍まわりを気にしないで食事が出来ます。 宴会場では、無料の劇団によるショーが1日2回行われており、これも楽しみのひとつです。 是非、温泉に行くときは持ち帰り用の空のペットボトル持参がよろしいようで

I used it for a memorial service before. This time, I called to ask about the hotel and memorial service for relatives who came from far away. They laughed at my question. When I asked his name, they said it was Inagaki, the president. I didn't ask his position. When I asked about the laughter, they treated me like a complainer and said not to make strange accusations. As other people have posted, there is a very unfriendly male front desk staff in the evening. They shouldn't have a front desk that can't use honorific language. I will never use it again.

On November 8th (Tuesday), when I made a reservation for a theater seat at the Yao Grand Hotel and crossed the runway, I was pointed out by a female staff member in a strong tone. There was no guidance to the box seats, and I had to open the closed door to get to the box seats, and for about 10 years I crossed the runway. (The proprietress told me to cross quickly before the play, so I did.) When I was about to call out to the proprietress, I saw her for the first time. I was asked what to say. I have stayed at the Yao Grand Hotel before, and the proprietress asked me to come again. Disqualified from the service industry. She's the worst landlady.
