I stayed for three days during the May Day holiday. I stayed in a regular king-size bed, a regular twin bed, or a loft. I felt that the room design, environment, and hygiene were all good. The rooms also had balconies. The most satisfying thing was that there was drinking water in the corridor that I could take at will. Every time I went out to play, I would bring a small bottle. The lobby also provided bottled water in a thermostat, which was very convenient for the elderly and children to drink. The service was very enthusiastic and very satisfactory. It is suitable for long-term or short-term stays.

The experience of staying in the hotel is not very good, there are good and bad, please experience it yourself. The location is really good and the transportation is very convenient. It is very close to the seaside and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The price of this B&B hotel is completely inconsistent with the hotel's supporting facilities and does not match the price of a hotel priced at more than 1,300 RMB. The room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. In particular, the housekeeper of the B&B hotel is really warm and thoughtful, and the front desk staff is also enthusiastic. However, I still have to complain about the hotel's hardware facilities, especially the air-conditioning system, which is very hot. The cooling effect of the three rooms booked is really poor. There was also a particularly loud noise, as evidenced by the video I recorded in the middle of the night below. It's not the sound of the sea breeze I recorded at the beach. It is difficult to have a quiet and comfortable sleep. The room was changed the next day and the cooling effect was still not very good. Breakfast is not rich enough, there are only two fast food set types for you to choose from. I hope this B&B hotel can improve its facilities and equipment. If the shortcomings I mentioned can be improved, I will continue to stay at this B&B hotel next time I come to Penglai.

My single room was a bit apart from most other rooms occupied by families with small children, so I was protected by most of the noise on the floor. Window closed, AC on, so I was shielded from street noise as well and had a good night's sleep. Staff was very helpful providing me with newspapers, not to read about politics but to soak all the rain out of my shoes.

The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout. The bathroom, shower room, and dressing table are all independent. Four bottles of free drinking water are provided in the room every day. If there is not enough drinking water, you can ask for it from the front desk, which is free. When ordering takeout, robots will deliver it to the door of your room, so you can experience high-tech service! The front desk service attitude is very good and provides thoughtful service at any time! Opposite the hotel is the seaside, so you can enjoy the sea breeze along the beach after dinner! I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Penglai!

Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

Penglai Hotel has a great location. Very close to Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area. Just a short walk away. The hotel lobby is luxurious. The room is comfortable and warm. Hygienic and clean. The girl at the front desk has a good service attitude. Give me some advice. The seafood in the restaurant on the basement floor is great. But it's too expensive. From July 3 to 5, 2024, I stayed at Penglai Huaxi Hotel with my family. The first impression upon entering the hotel is that the hotel is luxurious and stylish. The front desk and other service staff are warm and polite. After joining the company, the hotel sent fruits, snacks and local specialties (Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine), which was very warm. The room is tidy and sanitary, with complete toiletries. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Penglai's famous attractions. After dinner, you can go for a scenic walk along the coast. It feels like a good stay experience. Because I was busy visiting attractions, I didn't take any photos of the room and surroundings.

Facilities: Very complete, especially the layout of the bathroom and shower room is very good and makes people feel comfortable. Overall, it feels very clean and comfortable to live in, and the interior decoration style is also eye-catching. Service: The boss is very nice. I made a reservation online for one day and then extended it for another night. Something happened at noon the next day, and the boss was kind enough to let me stay for more than an hour. Environment: It's on the seaside, very close to Yanke, and only ten minutes' drive from many attractions. It's generally convenient. There is a small yard, which is beautiful after the snow. Hygiene: Those with mysophobia can come here boldly, it is really clean.

Penglai traveled, chose this homestay called ”Penghu Mingshe”. The homestay is located at the foot of Penglai Pavilion, the decoration style, let us love at first sight. The room was very warm, the bed was comfortable, the environment was quiet and I woke up in the morning, and I felt particularly comfortable. The owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic. Not only did he help us plan the itinerary, but there was also a canteen chef in the homestay who cooked deliciously. It is worth mentioning that his ingredients are all purchased now, so that we can taste authentic seafood cuisine. What touched me most was that when we mentioned what seafood we wanted to eat, the boss would give opinions on what is delicious and what is not delicious this season. The owner of the hotel is really good, the service is thoughtful and caring, and our journey is more memorable.
