The hotel service is super good, worthy of the Hilton brand. Every staff member is polite and kind. We upgraded the sea view room for free. The swimming pool felt cold on the first day. After reporting it, maintenance was immediately sent to deal with it and care about our health. The room allows two adults and two children to stay, which is still very affordable and humane. The service was amazing and the location is perfect. If you are a soft sleeper, though, I wouldn’t recommend it: the toilets make very loud sounds every time you use them, so unless you sleep alone you will wake up at night every time the other person goes to the bathroom. Also, there’s a lot of light in the room (from the toilet and the light switches) that makes it impossible to have darkness at night. The heating is on until 1 am approx, and it makes a “hummmmm” all the time. You cannot switch it off from the room. But! The service was great, one of our rooms smelled a lot like cigarrettes and they changed and were very nice about it. The best of this hotel is, we would say, the location and the service. So if you can sleep easily anywhere, this is your hotel!
