So I begin with the good things of the hotel… it is its good location about 500 m from the nice beach! All hotel booking and check in was easy and quick. But the room condition was just so-so. AC was not working at the beginning and needed to be fixed. In the night only hot water was running so that shower could only be taken very quickly because the water soon got only hot! Parking lot was occupied in the evening. You may park outside but the personal reimbursed the parking fees. In general this hotel is not worth to spend almost 500 yuan!

We stayed in your hotel because of a happy event in our family. Special thanks to the service of Baying at the front desk. She upgraded the room for free and delayed the check-out for free, which made our time more convenient. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathtub in the room greatly increased the comfort, which made me relax well after a tiring day. It is great value for money and highly recommended!

I heard that I was lucky enough to be the first guest of this hotel. Then the manager saw that we were a couple and upgraded us to a starry sky ceiling audio-visual king-size bed room for free. Of course, there is no need to praise the facilities and services, which are quite in place. I mainly praise the room space. This is the first time I have seen such a large room type in so many hotels in Penglai (because I saw several empty rooms and felt that the rooms were all over 50 square meters. The corridors and public spaces of the hotel are very spacious, with a south-north layout, and good and comfortable lighting. The hotel is located next to the district government, which is very convenient for travel and work. The service, hygiene, location, price, and quality are all impeccable! I will still book this hotel next time!

Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is listed as a five-star hotel with a moderate price and a very good location. The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea and Penglai Pavilion can be reached by foot. The hotel parking is also very convenient, which is quite suitable for self-driving travel. Going out is the vast sea beach, the sea bathing beach, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a walk, and dig sand and catch the sea. The street near the hotel is full of various restaurants. It is also very close to the shopping mall, which is just a walk away. Tina at the front desk has good service and works seriously and carefully. I like it. Another lady who can speak Japanese also has good service. She also gave us coffee in the lobby, which I also like. The auntie who cooked wontons for breakfast is also good. She introduced me to breakfast, steamed buns, etc. In short, the service industry is expensive in service, and it is necessary to make guests feel at home. I will continue to consider choosing this place when I come to Penglai next time.

We had a relaxing stay at the Knights Ocean Hotel in Penglai. The location of the hotel is ideal for beach access as well as Europark. The staff are so friendly and they even upgraded our room at no extra charge. The person at the front desk, Linda, spoke English so well and she was able to answer all our questions with such patience and clarity. The facilities at the hotel include amazing breakfast, a child-friendly environment with entertainment for children, a pool, gym, and a hot springs spa. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. All the major tourist attractions are not far and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel also has someone at the reception area who will help you book tours. You can even hire public motorized bikes using WeChat, literally outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penglai.

The proprietress upgraded me to a deluxe room, and it was obvious that she was taking the business very seriously. Massage chairs, hammocks, small slides, and small swings ensure that people of all ages can find entertainment that suits them. The cleanliness of the room, the location and the service are all excellent. When they learned that we were leaving early and would not be able to have breakfast, they specially sent us some bread and snacks. It felt great and was the best hotel experience I have ever had.
