酒店位置挺好，對面不遠就是海，所城可以步行到達，服務也不錯，門口有工作人員幫忙拿行李，並且還送到了房間，早餐豐富，走的時候還送了煙台蘋果給我們品嚐，味道很👍

老牌五星級酒店。衞生條件很好。就是地毯房間有一點潮氣味道

酒店是煙台地標建築，離海邊和煙台山步行可至，房間空間大，樓層高，採光好，設施齊全，前台Candy服務非常好，早餐種類豐富，餐廳視野絕佳，可以邊吃早餐邊看海景，有免費停車場，非常推薦，下次還會再來住！

Carl服務很好熱情有禮貌，房間乾淨衞生，海景很漂亮，非常適合發呆放空。 酒店位於市中心，離各個景點都很近，離海邊很近。步行就可到達所城裡、煙台山風景區。樓下就是濱海廣場，有夜市，晚上出來散散步，吹吹海風很是愜意。 整體都很好！

從威海一路遊玩到煙台，第一次對一個酒店如此失望 1.提前鎖單一千一百多的海景大床，當天價格降了一百多可還行 2.下午四點到的酒店，告訴我沒有現房，下午四點多，拜託，跟我説要升級成豪華大床，好吧還有一絲安慰 3.接下來有意思的來了，等了二十多分鐘，告訴我暫時沒大床，給你雙床拼OK不，美其名曰床寬，接受了 4.進到房間是斜海景，就是正面有一半樓，真心不值，然後等了半個小時有大床讓我去看看 5.看完之後，真正的全海景好嗎，大床，問下來就是我之前定的規格並沒有升級，所以説為了糊弄我，給我降級雙床！ 6.裏面的吹風機，洗漱用品完全快捷酒店水平，迷你吧收費，連拖鞋也收費 總而言之，體驗極其差，海景500，大廳音樂300，接送服務200，房間價值100
