一般般，收按金要統一交房後下午2點才能退，有嚴重的涉嫌行為，希平台嚴管此事，如客人稍放鬆警惕性，很有可能這100元按金難收回。

一般般。淡季出遊的，價格還將就，要收100元按金，並且要在交房後的下午2點才能退按金，有′涉嫌′行為，那時房客早已退房，並奔赴各地方了，全憑信任二字了。如不退按金，誰也不能僅為100元按金而從火車飛機上返回來要的，因而我們堅決要交房卡必須退按金，開始他們還不同意，説是全都是下午2點後統一退按金，見我們堅決不同意，才勉強退了按金，並很不高興的樣子。另外此家除了第一天剛入住時房間打掃過，並有賓館必備的洗漱用品外，第二天一律不送了，那怕你續訂幾天也沒有，再不打掃衞生了，

房間被子臟的要命 裡邊應該全是蟎蟲 店家態度巨差 我們定的大床房，然後用大床的被套套一個單人被子 晚上要被凍死了都 給客房反應 根本就沒人理 枕頭超級黃 電視用不了 屋內有異味 半夜老有陌生人敲門 安全性巨差
