總體來説完全值不上五星級這個評級 三星級差不多
服務：我們一共入住五天 每天都有工作人員要我們在平台上寫五星好評 還得帶上她們的名字 可能是公司的硬性指標吧 比如吃早餐時突然出現在你身旁要好評 再比如送每日水果時和住客索要好評 其實工作人員本身服務還不錯 態度也很熱情 但是頻繁且以打擾的形式要好評衹會讓住客感到厭煩
衞生：很差 非常的差 讓我不敢置信的差 我們住的是中庭園景大床房 一進門衞生間就是一坨使用過的皺巴巴的紙巾躺在地上 浴缸也是有許多灰塵 甚至床上還有不知名小黑點 就算去住快捷酒店衞生也不一定有這個差 每天打掃衞生的阿姨打掃得也很隨意 放在桌面上的空瓶和垃圾是不會扔的
設施：房間內衹有每天四瓶礦泉水 多喝得收五塊錢一瓶 確實沒見過哪個“五星級”酒店連水也會收費 隔音不是很好 必須把窗關的緊緊的 不然路上的車會從你耳邊開過去 工作人員會通過訂房時留的電話號碼加微信 對於私隱方面比較隨意 不是離公司近根本不會選擇這個酒店 實在是無奈之舉
