衞生間太小了，排風不好使，最主要是沒有吹風機，也沒有一次性洗臉巾跟浴巾，刷牙沒有一次性塑封好的杯子，那杯子根本沒人用，一次性拖鞋也沒有，去海邊玩回來，洗頭髮沒有吹風機真是服了，窗台玻璃超級臟，主要是樓下很多飯店，吃飯的人吃到半夜，特別吵。

住過最差的房間了，衹能裝三個人的電梯，窄到沒發並肩同行的走道，集裝箱氏的衞生間，毫無隔音房間。

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間潔凈無異味，環境安逸入睡，交通位置離煙台站和汽車總站都很近，可以停車，周邊吃飯和超市很方便，下次去煙台繼續首選。

前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務都特別好，但是我讓前台幫我放兩瓶水送到房間裏，客房大姐對着對講機説一瓶水還不夠嗎？還要兩瓶水？我們兩個人入住的房間，難道酒店給水是收費的或者是不應該嗎？為什麼要這個態度對待我們入住的旅客呢？服務給的這兩顆星是給前台小姐姐和小哥哥的。
