房間位置沒得説，兩個房間絕對超一線海景，可以躺在房間裏看日出。管家響應及時，保潔阿姨熱情。設施略顯簡單，再多一些，再新一點體驗會更好。

房間裝修很新，房間挺大，一室一廳，廳是個大床，房間是一張大床和一張小床，忘記拍照了。房東人很好，我們是輪渡6點到的，房間因為未使用讓我們提前進房間休息了。有公共廚房，公共廚房有洗衣機冰箱。民宿是公寓，離海邊，所城裡，朝陽街都不遠。很好的體驗。

整個公寓位置挺不錯的 離第一海水浴場很近、，購物的話也可以去大悦城，打車差不多十塊錢.其中美中不足的就是那個衞生間，總共住了兩天，味道一直很大 不關門根本睡不着覺 第二天還能稍微好點 花灑不太好用出水不大第二天早晨十點左右吧有個人就得撞門進來應該是保潔非常冒昧嚇我一跳要不是我裡邊反鎖了她直接就沖進來了這一點得加強培訓 第二天快退房的時候也是也不敲門直接往裡闖我説等一下里麪還有人她説不是退房了嗎 大姐我那時候還沒到退房時間哈而且不管什麼時候你進別人房間都是要敲門的 語氣也不好 房間風景是不錯的但是衞生和服務得加強

一般 位置可以 基本沒有服務 房間也一般 衞生條件一般 感覺打掃的壓根沒在工作 這民宿適合出差住市內的人居住 旅遊的就算了 不如去青島威海
