房間很好，很乾凈，前台小姑娘也很好，我老伴腿腳不好，特意給我們換了一樓的房間，謝謝你了姑娘！酒店門口吃飯也很方便！出門走一會就是大海。有海濱城市的感覺。

位置很好，離煙台山醫院北院走路兩分鐘就到。出門就是大海，風景秀麗，離煙台山景區也很近。樓下就是藍白餐廳，吃飯方便。
缺點：內部設施陳舊，部分户型窗户開在走廊裏，幾乎不可能打開通風透氣。房間有黴味，浴簾、洗手盆隨處可見黴斑。所以非醫院陪床休息入住，其它不推薦。

房間非常不隔音 別人房間關門、沖水聲都聽的很清楚 實際面積也沒有標註的面積大 還沒有電梯 衹能走樓梯 衞生間不知道噴的什麼 味道超級重 香的想吐 酒店位置可以在地圖上更新一下！看着導航走越走越偏僻 最後都不敢走了 😨最後廁所超級難聞 😷

地理位置好，距離景點很近。做衞生阿姨服務很好，給點贊！但前台人員態度冷淡！房間很舊，衞生間有返味，窗簾非遮光窗簾，晚上景觀燈會透視入房影響睡眠。房間極端不隔音，隔壁房説話聲聽得很清楚，早上一早樓下叫賣聲很大。
