衞生：十分乾淨整潔，
服務：服務是最好的了，之前都住萬豪，沒想到煙台這個鉑爾曼服務比萬豪還要貼心周到，十分推薦！

每次住鉑爾曼，從下車小哥哥情緒價值就給足了，雖然不像三亞鉑爾曼的大泳池，但是真的是喜歡，還給安排了可以看海的房間，第二天又續住了一晚N

5月30日入住，水龍頭出來的都是黃水，放了很長時間才放完。酒店服務員解釋是昨天煙台停水導致的，但難道不應該酒店放乾淨再讓客人入住嗎？
另外，浴缸的污漬從入住當天到離店還一直都在。

地理位置非常好，就在所城裡對面，附近2km有很多值得打卡的老牌魯菜、社區咖啡廳和小糖水，推窗出去能看到煙台市和海，視野很好。整體服務也很周到親切。推薦～N
