設施：在華潤B座，六部電梯人多時候有點難等；車停在路對面24小時封頂10元，挺便宜的。樓後邊就是萬象滙，萬象滙對面就是永旺，逛街吃飯特別方便，對面華府小區的萬盛和特別好吃。
衞生：房間乾乾淨淨，必備品都挺全的。
環境：人流量大比較熱鬧，有人喜歡搞怪在禁止丟垃圾的提示牌下扔下垃圾。
服務：挺好的，有問必答。

房間乾淨整潔，酒店在煙大北校區附近，地位位置很好，距離各個景點的不遠，附近不到1km的煙大海灘公園非常美，打掃衞生和前台的叔叔阿姨人特別好，值得選擇，圖片一是酒店內可以直接看到海和煙台山，圖片二/三是附近的煙大海灘公園

房間從進門就能看見海，無敵了。從青島到威海到煙台性價比最高的房間啦！離海邊近，不潮濕，離火車站也近，去養馬島也方便，樓下就有27路網紅公交車，坐着可以玩很多景點，樓下吃的很多，各種各樣的都有，步行10來分鐘能到海邊，海邊的落日真的超級美。還可以趕海，房東叫我看的潮汐表，哈哈哈，還趕到了很多花蛤，太開心啦。
