民宿有智能馬桶，乾濕分離衞生間，設施很新，房間很大很整潔，民宿還可以代加工，還買到了比網絡還優惠的景區門票，老闆還把我們送到了景點，離蓬萊閣和海底世界超近，住這裏太太太舒心了。

房間乾淨衞生，房間面積很大，環境很好，離蓬萊仙閣景區很近，走路就六分鐘就到了，老闆娘很熱情，主動給我們介紹蓬萊各個景點，還幫我們買優惠門票，晚上天氣降温，老闆主動送來電暖氣。

新裝修的吧，整體看着挺新的。就是冬季沒有空調阿，可能是旅遊民宿吧，冬季住宿需要避坑

環境很好，適合孩子住，有滑梯，但是有點陡，整體不錯，淡季的原因，沒有什麼租客，就我們一家三口在，很安靜。但水龍頭裡的水太臟，剛一打開水龍頭水是土黃色的，淌了一會好了，但是水裡有渣渣，這點很煩。浴室沒有打掃乾淨，上個租客用的沐浴露洗髮水的袋子都扔在那，馬桶是智能的，其他都還行，屋裡空調温度上不來，得開一晚上才能有點熱度
