你們酒店的服務態度，是主動式的服務理念，非常先進、人性化及發自內心親自的問候，感覺特別親切。
房間配套齊全、乾淨、温度適中、燈光明亮而不刺眼，更重要的是安靜，非常棒的住宿體驗，感恩。
昨晚到訪時，前台1號服務員主動協助辦理入住手續、升級房型、送上剛烘烤出來的美味餅乾，早上用餐時，服務員主動詢問要喝咖啡、茶還是温牛奶等，還有在電梯裏遇到美女服務員，態度都非常誠懇，這就是我剛才提到的主動式服務理念，超級、超級棒。
我已經在煙台艾迪公司哪裡分享我入住貴酒店的心得，也要在攜程網裡分享我的感受及喜悦。
