设施：酒店的設施基本上都有。因為我只住了兩天沒有用到洗衣房跟健身室。停車場泊車位足夠。
卫生：房間的衛生很好。沒有煙味。酒店的大堂跟餐廳也很乾淨。
环境：酒店附近沒有餐廳、商場。而且是在半山上。環境很寧靜。要去主要煙台市中心開車大概40分鐘。
服务：前枱服務員葉穎很熱心。很有禮貌、親切。看得出她工作的熱誠。其他的員工也不錯。可惜的是清潔房間有點急。我還沒出門就想清潔房間。可以改善一下。
