經典中式庭院，房間內部是簡潔便利的現代化裝修，中西融合得非常和諧。我很喜歡小院的氛圍。晚上沒出去逛景點，待在小院裏就覺得很幸福，是南方人會很喜歡的北方人文風情。
衞生、服務、居住的舒適度沒得挑（大家看其他朋友發的圖片，就長那樣），所以沒贅述。這家不是“性價比很高的”，是“物超所值的”。
小細節：店家送了入住水果🍉，非常新鮮，毫不敷衍。（我個人經驗哈：要不就別送，要送就得送好的。往往想提供這種額外服務博好感又捨不得送品質好些的東西的商家，他們的主要產品和服務也通常很差。細節見主體，這家真的很周到👍）

民俗在朝陽街裏面，百年以上的老建築，很安靜，但出行挺方便的，出門200米就是海邊和煙台山公園。院子裏面兩棵冬青樹，很有意境。

地理位置相當優越，在朝陽街裏鬧中取靜，小院打理的整潔乾淨，房間內又是不輸五星級的配置，房間寬敞明亮，服務人員有求必應還會送來水果消暑，下次來煙台還會選擇兩顆冬青

環境：這個民宿真的超級好看拍照也很出片
服務：由於坐的4:40到港的船 需要寄存行李 5:00多就起來給我倆開門全程樂呵呵的真的很棒 一直到退房全程都很有服務 幫忙提行李
設施：房間內的格局我超愛 可惜因為行程就住了一晚 地理位置也很好到哪都不遠
我真的超級喜歡這個民宿 會給每一個去煙台的朋友安利的程度
