Room was clean and spacious for 1 pax breakfast area was roomy there is 24hr self service convenience area but limited variety

Nice sea view at a very reasonable price. The location is far from city centre but can be teach by taxi in 30-45 mins. It is near the ocean coast so you can reach nice beach in 10 mins drive distance. The breakfast is good and the room is spacious , except the washroom could be bigger.

Have been stayed in this hotel for couple of weeks for working in Yantai. I saw quite a few people from different countries in here, but till now haven’t saw any comments in English on trips.com, so I decide to write one myself. Well, let’s start from the location, it’s about 24 km from Yantai Airport, and you can ride on a taxi or didi in 30mins to here. However, if you come here for trip or sightseeing, it’s about 1hours distance from the hotel to the city. And you won’t find any convenient store by walk nearby, the closest restaurant is located in the resident community nearby, it’s about 1km from here. It’s quite inconvenient to staying here unless you come here for work. And next, tidiness of the room. Overall, it’s not too bad, but below my expectation.(My personal opinion). You can find dirty switch of electricity, a bit dirty carpet. And dusty table. But it’s really depend on your luck, some room is really clean. Next, about the service, this also depends on who you met, since I have stayed here for couple of weeks, so I think I’ve met with almost all the staff in here. Some staffs are polite and nice, you can easily spot out that they have been trained like a ‘Hyatt Staff’. However, some are cold and a bit rude, such as through out room key in front of you. And one thing I was quite shocked is one day a staff knock on my door at 8:00AM ask for whether I need room keeping! I‘ve stayed in at least 50+ hotel all over the world, but this is the first time I've ever met this situation! Yes, I didn’t hang the ‘No disturb’ sign out there, but really 8AM? Next, the facility of the hotel, got a gym here but quite empty, not much machines in here. And the facility of the room is quite new. However the air conditioning is very noisy and it’s not working in some room. It’s quite cold in the room on the morning and night. Food, breakfast is not bad. Got milk and coffee, but not much to choose compare to the other same standard hotel in China. Overall, it’s not bad, but if you come here with friends or family for trip, you really need to consider about it.

This hotel is pretty new. The front desk service was efficient and considerate, and the breakfast was very nice with plenty choices. The most impressive service was to deliver a case of bottle water to my room since I drank lots of water daily. Strongly recommend this hotel.

hotel affordable in the middle of nowhere.... staff is friendly ... the breakfast is really average. the TV has not one english channel beside propaganda CGTN... we expect at east HBO and CNN when going to such chain. rooms are warm and well insulated, the area.... is under construction. the sea view : ok you see the sea. between buildings in construciton and a commercial harbour, you can see some water. not good for vacation. just ok if you go have business in the close area.

The hotel is brand new. Just facing the seaside. It's perfect. However, the area is still under development so there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets, convenience store around.Unless you walk for about 600meters and you will find low level shops for groceries and good level restaurants. We can't pretend much but as said, in one year my words will be meaningless. Anyway, the hotel itself is really fantastic, nice breakfast, nice employees. Parking is free and it's a good thing. Development area in three kilometres away.
