一次糟心透頂的體驗，4月7日晚上，我結束了一天的疲憊行程，抵達貴酒店辦理入住。本期待着能快點休息，可前台一位女服務員的態度，瞬間讓我心情跌入谷底。她説話聲音很大，語氣裏滿是不耐煩，回答我的問題時，言語間還帶着輕浮的嘲諷，讓我倍感不適。
進入房間，更是狀況百出。一進衞生間，地上竟然有上個客人用過的計生用品包裝紙，噁心得我差點吐出來，這衞生狀況簡直令人髮指！晚上準備休息，才發現床上布草有個大窟窿 ，這叫人怎麼安心入睡？
辦理入住時，我特意溝通不要頭尾房，得到的迴應是可以升級房型。可到了房間，卻正對着電梯門，吵得根本無法好好休息。打電話給前台，得到的卻是輕蔑的回覆，説已經給升級了，還強調沒多收20塊錢，彷彿我不該有任何不滿。因為這樣的服務誰會去吃你這個早餐，你説早餐20元，那我不吃就算你房間給我升級的差價了，我也不佔你便宜！
此次入住，從辦理手續到房間衞生、設施，再到早餐服務和後續溝通，沒有一處不讓人失望。花了錢卻遭罪，這樣的服務和環境，真是太讓人失望了！！！

酒店位置可以，但是房間很小，衞生一般，服務態度也一般，尤其是夜班前台
酒店衹有一台洗衣機+一台烘乾機，白天還説會幫忙洗衣服和烘乾，晚上來洗衣服的時候説烘乾機洗衣機都被佔用，實際已經洗完烘乾完了，工作人員説佔用了很久了，但是不管，讓明天再説
房間隔音極差，走廊和隔壁住户説話都能聽得見。早上六點多隔壁開最大音量放歌，找前台溝通，説會處理,但是兩三首歌都沒人來管，還是自己去敲的門

位置絕佳，就在煙台山公園門口，出門就上煙台山，離朝陽街、城所裏走路10分鐘距離，到其它景點也很近。房間雖然很小，但設施全新齊全，很精緻。完全！
